Quichenottes:

Quichenottes is a small private estate recently created in the woods near the beaches on the edge of Tranche-Sur-Mer, between the village of La Terriere and La Tranche. The remaining wooded area surrounding these secluded plots is protected and there will be no more building.

There is a dedicated cycle pathway on the edge of the estate that goes direct from the property to the beach and to La Tranche (known as 'La Terriere' beach). It is just a short walk (950m) to the beaches and similar distance to La Tranche centre. In the other direction it is a short walk to the village of La Terriere with it's restaurant, bar and small selection of shops.
